Energy Co. Fights Pa. Verdict On Underpaid Gas Royalties

Law360, Philadelphia (April 3, 2015, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Energy Corp. of America on Thursday asked a Pennsylvania federal judge in a class action over underpaid royalties to overturn a March jury verdict finding the company improperly deducted interstate pipeline charges and marketing fees from the royalties.
