Bank Can't Drag Developers Back Into $200M Loan Fight

Law360, Philadelphia (April 2, 2015, 2:36 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Wednesday shot down a bid to force a group of real estate developer plaintiffs back into a $200 million suit that HSH Nordbank AG claims they exited in order to conceal their destruction of key documents.

In a one-page order, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Patricia McInerney denied a petition by HSH Nordbank that would have struck a voluntary discontinuance for three owners of Roskamp Management Co.
