NLRB Looks To Beat Back Chamber's Election Rule Challenge

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 8:39 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board urged a Washington, D.C., federal court Wednesday to turn away a challenge from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other groups to the labor board's controversial union election rule, insisting their claims are not ripe for court review or lack merit.
