Sierra Club Tries For Texas High Court In Waste Site Battle

Law360, Dallas (April 2, 2015, 8:28 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club asked the Texas Supreme Court on Tuesday to review rulings that blocked the group from hearings before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on granting a radioactive waste disposal permit, arguing an appeals court outlined only the “evidence” in the record that supported the commission's stance.
