Bird Brain Can't Exit Insurer's Firepot Suit Without Atty

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 7:03 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Thursday declined to sign off on a consent judgment agreement between AIX Specialty Insurance Co. and Bird Brain Inc. in their coverage dispute over the company's allegedly explosion-prone fuel firepots, citing that Bird Brain doesn’t have a lawyer.
