M&A Soars To $902B In Highest 1st-Quarter Clip Since 2007

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 7:52 PM EDT) -- Global mergers and acquisitions soared to $902.2 billion, the highest first-quarter volume in eight years, with health care companies leading the deal-making frenzy and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP topping the firms advising such deals, according to a Dealogic report Wednesday.
