Arbitration Agreements That Will Stand Up In Court

Law360, New York (July 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With courts all over the country taking a renewed interest in arbitration agreements, employers must be more careful than ever in drafting the documents, keeping in mind both recent court decisions and pending litigation that could affect the agreements, experts say.
