Spector Gadon Ducks Atty's Malpractice Suit Over Firing Case

Law360, Philadelphia (April 2, 2015, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday threw out a legal malpractice suit in which an attorney accused his lawyer at Spector Gadon & Rosen PC of botching a settlement agreement in a suit against his former employer.

U.S. District Judge Joel Slomsky granted the firm and its attorney Alan Epstein a judgment on the pleadings, concluding that Epstein’s efforts in the settlement discussions were not why plaintiff Robert Fishman failed to reach a binding settlement with United American Indemnity Ltd., where he served as CEO....
