Judge Sides With Rambus On Claim Construction

Law360, New York (July 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has handed Rambus Inc. a victory in its ongoing patent fight with a group of semiconductor makers, largely adopting its proposed claim construction for two of the patents in the suit — though the order may also open the way for the patents to be declared invalid.
