AIDS Foundation Paid Kickbacks Galore, Ex-Staffers Say
Law360, New York (April 7, 2015, 6:00 PM EDT) -- Three whistleblowers have hit AIDS Healthcare Foundation Inc. with a False Claims Act suit in Florida federal court alleging that Medicare and Medicaid patients were showered with illicit kickbacks in exchange for patronizing clinics and pharmacies, assertions that the national nonprofit strongly denied on Tuesday.
