FCC To Take Action Against Comcast

Law360 (July 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Communications Commission is reportedly set to rule against Comcast Corp. in a case accusing the cable giant of blocking file sharing by Internet users on its network.

Two weeks after declining to levy a fine against Comcast, the U.S. communications regulator is expected to uphold a complaint accusing the nation's second-largest broadband provider of improperly interfering with peer-to-peer traffic, Reuters reported Monday.
