Cintas Ordered To Produce Time Sheets In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (July 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday ordered uniform manufacturer Cintas Corp. to hand over time sheets in a collective action accusing the company of maintaining inaccurate records and not paying overtime to nonexempt employees.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accuses Cintas Corp. and Plan Administrator for Cintas Partners' Plan of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and local laws of various states including California, Massachusetts and New York.
