Judge Trims Claims In FLSA Suit Against Safety-Kleen

Law360, New York (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has significantly trimmed the claims in a class action against the cleaning and oil re-refining specialist Safety-Kleen Systems Inc. and only partly certified a class of plaintiffs who allege that the company failed to provide them with meal and rest breaks and failed to accurately itemize their wage statements.
