Opposition Mounts To Ala. Judge Accused Of Battery

By Andrew Strickler (April 14, 2015, 4:31 PM EDT) -- An Alabama congresswoman on Tuesday repeated a call for the impeachment of a federal judge charged with beating his wife last year, following the dismissal of the criminal charge in Georgia.

Responding to the battery charge being dropped against U.S. District Judge Mark Fuller early this month, U.S. Rep Terri Sewell, D-Ala., said there never should have been an agreement with the court to dismiss the misdemeanor charge.
