Orrick Settles San Diego Bond Suit For $2.9M

Law360 (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has agreed to pay the city of San Diego roughly $2.9 million to settle a lawsuit that accused the firm of concealing the city’s vast pension fund debt when it acted as bond and disclosure counsel, San Diego City Attorney Michael J. Aguirre announced Tuesday.
