Chobani CEO's Deal With Ex-Wife In Ownership Spat OK'd

Law360, New York (April 14, 2015, 9:59 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge has approved a settlement between billionaire Chobani Inc. founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya and his ex-wife in a contentious case over her disputed 53 percent stake in the popular Greek yogurt company, according to court papers filed Tuesday.

Judge Saliann Scarpulla said in a brief decision and order that the action was discontinued pursuant to a stipulation between the parties. The document and other recent filings did not disclose the terms of the deal.
