Paralegal Claims Ex-Employer Is 'Sexual Predator'

Law360 (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A paralegal has accused a Houston plaintiffs attorney of sexual harassment and wrongful termination, alleging that her former employer is a "sexual predator" who asked her to perform a sexual favor for an expert witness and fired her for attempting to blow the whistle on a scheme to cheat Fen-phen clients.

Angela Robinson sued attorney Richard N. Laminack and his current and former law firms — Laminack, Pirtle & Martines LLP and the O'Quinn Law Firm — on July 25 in Texas state court.
