Defense Contractors Plead Guilty In Bid-Rigging Probe

Law360, New York (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two contractors pled guilty on Tuesday to conspiracy, admitting they attempted to use inside information to underbid a global competitor as a federal investigation into bid-rigging in military fuel contracts gained steam.

The ongoing criminal probe spans at least three countries, and two companies remained under indictment Wednesday.
