Law360, Dallas (April 21, 2015, 9:42 PM EDT) -- Blue Bell Creameries issued a voluntary recall Monday of all its products on the market following a deadly listeria outbreak, an unusual and proactive move that could limit punitive damages but also expose the company to claims from distributors and retailers, lawyers say.
