By Evan Weinberger (April 21, 2015, 2:12 PM EDT) -- New York's top financial regulator on Tuesday said his agency will release a final version of its licensing regime for Bitcoin and other virtual currency businesses in the coming weeks, and opened the door to potential changes if other states come up with radically different rules.
