Judge Knocks Down Schwarz’s Claims In Miralex Case

Law360, New York (July 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has shot down Schwarz Pharma Inc.’s remaining antitrust and other counterclaims against pharmaceutical company Braintree Laboratories Inc., which initially sued to stop Schwarz from marketing a generic version of its constipation drug Miralex.
