Shareholders File Class Action Against Vitesse

Law360, New York (May 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The shareholders of Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. announced a class action lawsuit against the communications chip manufacturer on Friday, citing possible violations of the federal securities law.

The lawsuit is being filed by various law firms, including the Rosen Law Firm and Catanzarite Law Corporation, under the name of plaintiff Cynthia A. McNamara on behalf of herself and all purchasers of Vitesse securities from June 30, 2003 to April 26, 2006.
