Wyden Calls For DOE Investigation On Wash. Waste Site

Law360, Washington (April 28, 2015, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., urged the U.S. Department of Energy’s inspector general on Tuesday to investigate “questionable contracting” at a radioactive waste facility in Washington state, saying the site has lost $277 million since the 2012 suspension of a project.
