Altria Appeal Of Age Bias Suit Goes Up In Smoke

Law360 (August 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in New York has denied Altria Group Inc.'s move to dismiss an age discrimination lawsuit brought by a former Philip Morris director in Switzerland alleging that the company systematically fired older employees.

It was the second time the company moved to dismiss the suit.
