Dutch Supreme Court Sustains Immunomedics Patent

Law360 (December 22, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Supreme Court of the Netherlands sustained a cancer-therapy patent held by Immunomedics, but asked the European Court of Justice to rule on whether the Brussels Convention should be interpreted to permit cross-border enforcement of European patents where a related group of companies sells the same product in countries where that same patent has been validated.
