Judge Won’t Put Brakes On GPU Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (August 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge presiding over the antitrust multidistrict litigation against graphics processing unit manufacturers Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. has refused to put the case on hold while the plaintiffs appeal his order certifying only a limited class of direct purchasers of GPU cards.
