ITC Will Investigate Lexar's Flash Patent Case

Law360 (May 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- USB key-drives have become ubiquitous enough to completely push floppy disks into the realm of the obsolete, but the patents involved are now under investigation by the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Lexar Media Inc. said today that the ITC would investigate whether Toshiba Corp. is infringing on three Lexar patents for NAND flash memories.
