Cingular Worker's Line Item Charge Suit Revived

Law360, New York (August 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has vacated a district court's decision to toss a proposed class action filed by a former employee accusing Cingular Wireless LLC of passing a business tax on to consumers in the form of a line item charge, ruling that there was no federal preemption of the plaintiff's state law claims.
