Intellectual Ventures Banking Patents Survive Alice Test

In the face of cross motions for summary judgment on Patent Numbers 6,546,002 and 7,984,081, Raphael V. Lupo found that Intellectual Ventures' use of the mobile interface to achieve the goal of its invention meant that they are not abstract ideas.
