Law360, New York (August 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday chastised a former superior court judge for his actions in a personal injury lawsuit against Michelin North America Inc., reversing his ruling in favor of the tire manufacturer after finding that he unfairly allowed salacious evidence of the plaintiff's private life, prejudicing the case.
