Former Townsend Employee Bids for ERISA Claims

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former legal secretary for intellectual property law firm Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP has asked a judge to grant summary judgment to her claim that her former employer owes her money under a long-term disability claim regulated by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
