iPod Attacked In ITC, District Court

Law360 (May 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fresh from defending its trademark in the U.K, Apple Computers will head back to court, this time to counter allegations that its iPod portable media devices infringe a patent held by Creative Technology Ltd.

Creative has filed suits in both the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California alleging that Apple’s iPods infringe Creative’s patent for its Zen media player.
