Michelman & Robinson Hires Tax Pro To Build New Practice

Law360, Chicago (May 21, 2015, 1:51 PM EDT) -- Michelman & Robinson LLP has hired a seasoned international tax attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions from Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP to launch a tax practice in New York at the expanding midsize firm.

Ian Shane, who arrives as a partner in Michelman & Robinson’s New York office, will take the reins of the firm’s new tax department after seven years at Golenbock Eiseman, where he served as counsel, the firm said Tuesday.
