N.C. Wants Court To Move Faster On EPA Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The state of North Carolina on Friday asked a federal appeals court to speed up the proceedings on a lawsuit the state filed against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency meant to get federal regulators to slash the pollution produced by coal-fired power plants in 13 Eastern and Midwestern states.
