Hynix Bids To Strike Rambus' Infringement 'Add-Ons'

Law360, New York (August 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. is asking a federal court to throw out portions of Rambus Inc.'s final infringement contentions in their dynamic random access memory patent spat, accusing the company of attempting to add a new type of Hynix product in violation of local patent rules and acceptable discovery practice.
