Judge Restricts Firestone Arguments In Landfill Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has barred Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC from relitigating some issues as the tire manufacturer defends itself in another suit that alleges it dumped hazardous waste in a California landfill, damaging nearby property.
