Muted Impact Seen From Supreme Court's eBay Ruling

Law360 (May 17, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A decision by the U.S. Supreme Court in the closely watched eBay case won’t dramatically alter outcomes in patent litigation, but could have a considerable impact on proceedings, attorneys agree.
