Three Classes Proposed For Chocolate Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (August 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a multidistrict case accusing major chocolate makers of conspiring to fix prices in the United States filed amended consolidated complaints Wednesday, laying out the three proposed classes for the suit.

The consolidated amended complaints, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, identified the three classes as direct purchasers, indirect end users and individual direct purchaser plaintiffs.
