Wildlife Risk Triggers Suit Over Proposed Toll Road

Law360 (August 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups has filed a lawsuit alleging that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service downplayed the risk to endangered species when analyzing the affect of a proposed South California toll road.
