Aloha Creditor Begs Judge To Hold Off On Payout

Law360, New York (August 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A creditor in the Aloha bankruptcy case has demanded that the bankruptcy judge postpone a decision on the interim fee requests brought by a group of professionals, arguing that not all administrative claims requests have been filed.

On Thursday, Waterfront LLC voiced its opposition to the fee applications of Wagner Choi & Verbrugge, Chapter 7 Trustee Dane S. Field, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, Berger Singerman, and Char Sakomoto Ishii Lum & Ching, asking that the motions be continued until the fall.
