NEJM Editors Buck Wyeth, Feds In Amicus Brief

Law360, New York (August 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In an unusual move, the editors of the New England Journal of Medicine have filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court supporting the plaintiff in a case that will decide whether the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of a drug preempts state-law product liability claims.
