Seyfarth Demands Inventors Pay Sanctions In Full

Law360, New York (August 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Seyfarth Shaw LLP is claiming that two inventors, who have sued the firm for alleged malpractice in the prosecution of a separate patent infringement action over snowboard bindings, are dragging their feet to pay an entire sanctions amount for violating discovery rules.

The Chicago-based law firm alleged Friday that the plaintiffs have only paid a portion of the total $7,551 for deposition costs based on a July sanctions order issued in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
