GSK Objects To Abbott’s Proposed Norvir Settlement

Law360, New York (August 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed settlement between Abbott Laboratories and a class of indirect purchasers of Norvir that is contingent upon the acceptance of an interlocutory appeal has drawn opposition from GlaxoSmithKline Plc and other plaintiffs that have filed related suits alleging the drug company unfairly jacked up the price of the HIV medication.
