Calif. City Sues Interior Dept. Over Dam Project

Law360, New York (August 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California city has sued the U.S. Department of the Interior and others over a proposed dam improvement project, arguing that the initiative would cause great harm to the environment by cutting off access to one of the lakes created by the dam back in the 1960s.
