South Korea Pins Down Mobile Carriers For Collusion

Law360, New York (May 19, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sticking three South Korean wireless operators with the first fine of its kind, Korea’s Fair Trade Commission has penalized three mobile carriers a total of $1.8 million for price collusion.

The Commission said SK Telecom Co., LG Telecom Co.
