Law360, New York (June 5, 2015, 12:17 PM EDT) -- The trustee for Lehman Brothers Inc. has agreed to pay nearly $1.3 billion to resolve long-running litigation with Barclays Capital Inc. over the sale of the collapsed investment bank's brokerage business, according to papers filed Friday in New York bankruptcy court.
