Kashi To Pay $4M To Settle GMO False Ad Class Action

Law360, New York (June 8, 2015, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Kashi Co. will pay up to $3.99 million to resolve a proposed class action accusing the company of falsely labeling products containing genetically modified organisms as being “all natural,” under the terms of a proposed settlement filed in Florida federal court Friday.
