Northstar Defendants Move Suit To Fed. Court

Law360, New York (August 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A number of officers and directors of Northstar Neuroscience Inc. have removed a class action to federal court that alleges they breached their fiduciary duty by failing to properly consider two proposed acquisitions.

The case, which was originally filed July 17 in King County Superior Court in the State of Washington, was moved Friday to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
