5th Circ. Upholds Most Of Texas' Controversial Abortion Law

Law360, Houston (June 9, 2015, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the majority of Texas’ controversial abortion law, which could close all but seven clinics across the state and which abortion rights advocates have called an attempt to effectively outlaw the practice in the state.
