Abbott's Appeal Tentatively OK'd In Norvir Suit

Law360, New York (August 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district judge in California has tentatively given the green light for Abbott Laboratories to seek interlocutory appeal of several contentious antitrust issues that have arisen in one of several suits the company is facing for allegedly jacking up the price of its HIV medication Norvir.
